Welcome to Landmark Title of Racine, Inc. We are your locally owned and operated title insurance company serving Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth Counties. Landmark Title of Racine, Inc. was founded in 1984.
“Our focus has always been on the customer and the community. What is good for Racine County, is also good for Landmark Title”, says founder Michael P. Staeck.
As a result of that belief, Landmark Title has always been a supporter of the community. From participation in service organizations such as Kiwanis and Rotary to holding various memberships and positions on organizations such as Downtown Racine Corporation, YMCA, YWCA, RAMAC, Young Professionals of Racine, RCEDC, Racine Zoological Society and Racine Water and Wastewater Commission to countless gifts of time and money to numerous local charitable events, foundations, and community activities.
“I am most proud of the golf outing that Landmark Title holds for the benefit of Special Olympics. To date we have raised over $425,000.00. That money goes directly to keeping the games and events of Special Olympics alive and strong for these amazing athletes” says Michael P. Staeck.
In March of 2005, Eric D. Peterson joined Landmark Title of Racine after purchasing interest in the company from Founder and President, Michael P. Staeck. “Our philosophy and on-going passion, ‘to provide first class customer service’, has enabled Landmark Title to build many strong relationships with our customers. It is that passion that makes me proud to be a part of the Landmark Title Team.”
